About Preferred
Preferred Property Services, Inc. is a privately
owned small business specializing in revitalizing bathtubs,
countertops and apartments.
We have effective communication and project management
skills to successfully complete your projects on time in a
professional manner. Since our conception we have overseen millions
of dollars of renovations and re-glazing’s. We are responsible for
the successful completion of many projects, renovations, and tens of
thousands of bathtubs, countertops and cabinet re-glazing’s. Our
body of work is substantial, allowing us to have the knowledge to
complete a wide variety of products.
History
Bruce Feigenbaum
started PPS in 1994 but he started his career as a project manager
and has spent 30 years of his life in construction from overseeing
multi-family home renovations to large re-glazing Projects. Combined
with the experience from his staff Bruce has built Preferred
Property Services From the ground up and with his knowledge he
planes to take PPS far into the future
